Ayurvedic treatment seeks to restore the balance between these three doshas. This is often achieved through a combination of diet, herbal remedies, meditation, yoga, massage, and specific Ayurvedic therapies. Ayurveda also emphasizes a healthy daily routine, such as waking up early, brushing your teeth, and having a healthy diet.
However, while Ayurveda has been practiced for thousands of years and continues to be popular in modern India and other parts of the world, its effectiveness is still being evaluated through rigorous clinical trials.
